Loyalty cards for barbershops and hair salons

Your client comes back every three or four weeks. The card in their phone is what makes them come back to you and not to the shop around the corner.

Free for your first barbershop

Estampo gives your barbershop or salon a digital loyalty card that lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The client saves it by scanning a QR code, you stamp after each service, and once the stamps are complete they get the cut or treatment you set as the reward. One location is free forever.

Rewards that work in a barbershop or salon

A visit here is worth far more than in a coffee shop, so the reward can be more generous and still pay for itself.

  • Free cut at 6 services The reward everyone understands without explanation.
  • Free beard trim at 4 Cheap for you, and it brings the client in between cuts.
  • Treatment or conditioning at 5 services For salons where the ticket is higher.
  • 20% off the next service on a full card If you would rather not give away an hour in the chair.

Why a barbershop gains more from this than from discounts

You are buying against forgetting, not against price

Nobody switches barbers over pocket change. They switch because six weeks went by and it slipped their mind. The card in the wallet is a reminder your client carries around.

You know who stopped coming

The dashboard tells you how many clients hold a card and how many stamps they have. A client sitting on 5 of 6 stamps who has not shown up in two months is a call worth making.

Your team stamps, you stay in control

Each team member signs in with their own PIN, so you see who stamped what. Nobody needs your password or sees your clients’ data.

A business counter with a tablet beside the till

Three steps, and nobody downloads a thing.

  1. Put the QR code on your counter

We give you the sign, ready to print. Your customer scans it with the camera and saves the card.

  2. Stamp in under 3 seconds

Your team points the scanner at the customer’s code. If the internet drops, stamps sync later.

  3. The reward redeems itself

When the card is full, the reward shows up. One tap to redeem it and the card starts over.

Works on iPhone and Android.

What everyone asks before starting.

Another question? Write to us at hola@estampo.co.

How many services should I ask for before the reward?

Between 4 and 6 is typical. With visits every three or four weeks, six services is almost half a year: enough to build the habit without making the reward feel unreachable.

Can I have different rewards per service type?

The card carries one reward at a time, but you decide how many stamps each service is worth. A cut with a beard trim can be worth two stamps and a quick tidy-up one.

Can each barber stamp from their own phone?

Yes. The free plan includes one stamping device; Pro allows up to 3 per location, and each person signs in with their own PIN.
